Renovated in 2019 and continually serviced, Villa Amaya has been created by a family unit that has resided in Bali for over 35 years.

With knowledge and experience of living in a tropical climate the villa has been created to be versatile, comfortable & enjoyable. With a great sense of style and understanding of how to make a group holiday space enjoyable, Villa Amaya has been designed with the thoughts of how to best cater for guests.

We have set up Villa Amaya to ensure that families with young children are especially looked after, with a pool fence included when you need it. The indoor living room is perfect place to beat the heat, we have stair doors, so kids can't go up, and the rooms are lockable. We can also help with sourcing nannies. We can include baby cots, and high chairs and strollers for you as well.

2 rooms set up with fix double bed and 5 rooms can be set up as single or double beds, so there are 12 beds available in the 7 rooms, as well as being able to add more mattresses.

If you have an idea for your holiday, Villa Amaya will make sure that it becomes a reality. With the intentions of having all the creature comforts of home on your holiday.

Villa Amaya has also made an effort to ensure that the energy output of the villa is minimised; all75 bedrooms are equipped with Solar water systems, all areas of the house use low-watt light bulbs & the swimming pool stays refreshing & cool with salt water.

Villa Amaya is fully staffed & trained by a professional team with extensive local knowledge so you can rest assured knowing you will be spending your days off from exploring the sights & hustle and bustle in a relaxing & peaceful environment. Its really a shame that the pricing issues you have raised caused for your two families not to enjoy your stay at Villa Amaya. Can we please ask why you agreed to stay at Villa Amaya when this was such a concern. The pricing is very clear, o I am unsure how "naive holidaying" has anything to do with selecting a villa and paying for it according to advertise pricing. I have spoken to Novi your agent, and questioned her incentives for vilifying the villa when prices are clearly explained. If you didn't like the price why did you pay for the villa? We are in no way expensive, and we would have very easily refunded you or moved you to another villa if you had wanted to do this. I did inform you to let me know via the Villa Amaya contact information provided on the card, to let me know if I could do anything. We have spoken to the agency about our extreme disappointment that you have conveyed many times about renting Villa Amaya with a 5 bedroom pricing. All our of photos show the 5th Bedroom as a Bungalow located 5 meters from the main house in front of the pool, so we will review the listing of your agent and make sure that they have all photos loaded onto their listing, as our photos for our listings and websites clearly show the main house and bungalow. We do work with 1600 agencies so we can't check all listings on each and every site. However if they did misrepresent Villa Amaya as you have stated then we will make sure to help you gain some compensation. Furthermore we will check why the agent didn't inform you of breakfast not being included, as we clearly state that its not included in the price, but our staff can cook and prepare breakfast for you. The ingredients are paid for by the guests, and we have spoken to the staff about asking guests to choose between paying this as you go, or by putting money into a kitty in advance and then reconcile bills once the initial monies are spent. We do choose this system as its a very affordable option and it gives guests a great way to select what they want to eat. Our business is also as an agency for over 18 years in Bali and we list over 3000 villas. We can quiet confidently say that with the lowering of prices of villas, breakfast inclusions have been removed and once again we ask you to let us know if the agent stipulated breakfast as an inclusion. As the price, breakfast procedure and bungalow positioning is not something that we hide and we do inform all agents and guests of these conditions, we are proactive with showing off Villa Amaya and we are active in trying our best to inform guests prior to arriving at the villa of real conditions here. We have been working effortlessly to fix the termite problems and have looked at solutions for the rooms regarding the heat in the rooms. I will post a Instagram story of me doing a vigorous workout in the room, with jumping jacks and other load baring exercises, in the upstairs room to show that the room is structural sound. I weigh 93 kilos as a side note for anyone that watches these from reading this review. In proactively trying to ensure a high standard at Villa Amaya we have had pest control complete a 3 day procedure to eradicate all termites. So that you feel justice for our part in ruining your holiday, we are pleased to inform you that we have had a cancellation at the expense of the first review from your party, so we hope that you can feel some justice in knowing that we will have a lasting impressions of your stay at Villa Amaya long after you have left. I will personally make sure that every guest from now that comes to Villa Amaya leaves reviews so we hope that we can get more perspectives for future guests, and we do ask that if you would like to get more compensation that the communications between you and Novi can be passed onto us, so that we can prosecute on your behalf for any misrepresentation that is proven as the statements in your and Jodie's reviews. Once again we are very sorry that you had so much trouble at Villa Amaya and we wish we were informed as soon as these issues happened so that we could find solutions to ensure you had a great holiday rather then us spending time on reviews such as these. The issues of the termites was something we have taken very seriously and have a termite control team in as we speak. We will make sure that the top wooden room is throughly fixed as this is the only remaining part of the villa from our renovations. As management of the villa, we would like to state that this booking was made through an agent, and the communications you had was with the agency rather then with management as you have stated in the review. We were contacted by the agent during your stay, they never asked for a refund or discount based on your group. The pricing of the bedrooms is based on 2 people per room, and our pricing's which are on all our marketing material reflects this. We never created 2 invoices as you have stated, so I would ask you to speak to your agent about this. At our company once we state a price we stick to it. The terms and conditions on your invoice and the communications were not from us or our company, so we are sorry if you feel that all of this was our fault. We try to be very clear in how we work and are always trying our best to make guests feel like they get a good deal at Villa Amaya. The nannies at the villa were outsourced, and the costs were communicated with you prior to your arrival at the villa, so we are sorry that the villa booklet prices were different to what you paid. Good nannies are often sought after in busy periods, so we were struggling to find nannies at that price. I will get the booklet prices updated to reflect the situation with outsourcing vendors as prices in Bali have increased with quality. If you do ever come back to stay with us at Villa Amaya, we would be more then happy to offer you a free night to try and make up for your disappointment in your stay, or alternatively give you 20% off your next stay with our villa portfolio. When we met, I provided you with my contact details, and I wish we could have met again prior to you checking out to discuss your disappointments. This review is very disappointing and we are truly sorry for leaving you with this bad taste for what should have been a great holiday for you. Im sorry about the electrical faults, this seems very unusual and I would automatically say that this has only been with your group. It might have had something to do with power adaptors? How do damage deposits work?
