Only 1.40 hrs from Melbourne, close to the Prom and Inverloch beaches, the delightful cottage is nestled among the lush foliage of Gippsland Food Forest's organic avocado, fruit and nut farm, offering a tranquil and truly unique experience.
Only minutes from the large rural town of Leongatha, the cottage is lovingly restored and refurbished with charming period furnishings & fittings, original polished floorboards, a lovely north-facing deck with views over the property and rose garden.
Accessed by a private driveway, a rear carport provides direct undercover access. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom a double bunk with single above. Fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, oven, microwave & full-size fridge, bathroom with large shower and laundry, iron, etc facilities for longer stays. Pod coffee, tea and milk, are providedupon arrival. Average to good 4G mobile coverage, TV & DVD player, books & games.
Ideal as a romantic weekend getaway, business stay, or family farm-stay, the proximity of this gorgeous little historic cottage to the large rural township of Leongatha, beaches, rail trail, the Prom, national parks, Phillip Island, and all South Gippsland has to offer - offers something for all.
