Description
This 2 bedroomed apartment is a rare find in a priviledged position.
One of only a handful of apartments in the Chamonix Valley where you can ski back to the door but still have the convenience of the cable car, chair lift , restaurants, shops and bars only a 200m level walk away.
Being located in Les Houches on the famous Kandahar run of the World Cup Ski Circuit makes this property ideal for ski holidays.
In summer, climbers of Mont Blanc and walkers of the Tour de Montblanc will find this is the perfect base camp with the access point for both only 200m away.
Or simply relax and enjoy the fabulous panorama of the Mont-Blanc chain from the large deck area and swimming pool.

The apartment is a comfortable and cosy, recently renovated basement apartment, within a larger chalet. It has its own independent entrance, accessed through the shared garden.
There are 2 seperate bedrooms. The largest bedroom can be made up as a double or twin. The smaller bedroom has a double bed only. The sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area allows up to 6 people to stay in the apartment.
The kitchen area is well equipped and there is a seperate dining area.
The family bathroom has a large shower enclosure.

Outside the entrance there is a large decking area giving fabulous views of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc chain. Here you will find seating and a large gas BBQ. There is also a garden area here.
The heated outdoor pool is available June-September and shared with the residents of the chalet only. Please note it is heated by a heat exchanger so the temperature depends on the outside temperature. The apartment has its own entrance point to the pool, through the patio doors of the largest bedroom.
Parking for the property is in the public car park next to the chalet building.

“Lovely chalet”
Clean, cosy and comfy chalet with a breath taking view on the Alps mountain. The chalet guardians Peter and Chris are very friendly and helpful. Love our stay at this lovely chalet and Les Houches has not been disappointing and will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

“Very nice little apartment in fantastic location”
lovely nice little apartment for our ski holiday. 200 mtrs from ski rental and 500 mtrs from Prarion lifts,was worth getting the locker there for ski stuff. shops and bakery and bars all nearby. great for the family

“Great apartment with stunning views. Close to village.”
Great apartment that suited a family of 4 perfectly. Sole use of pool was a bonus. Convenient for Les Houches village. Well equipped although a washing machine and dishwasher would have made it ideal. The views from the pool and outside sitting area were stunning. Although near a busyish road the traffic noise did not cause any issues. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break and you can go on many great walks from the apt if feeling more energetic.

“Perfect location for a summer holiday”
We had a wonderful week at this apartment in Les Houches. It is small, but perfectly adequate for a family of four. The views from the apartment are amazing (perfect for a morning cup of coffee!) and the village of Les Houches has everything you might need (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). The guardians looking after the apartment, who were there to greet us, live next door and were extremely helpful and on hand when we needed anything. We loved the area and are keen to come back and explore the area again.

“A great week spent in the French Alpes”
Great apartment with stunning views. Pool was a welcome addition as we had lovely hot weather, our 7 year old son loved it. Les Houches is in a great location with loads to do in the surrounding area. Close to restaurants,boulangerie and supermarket. Thoroughly recommended.
