Groups are not accepted. Family house in a quiet residential area.
Llimona is a beautiful , practical semi-detached house, 100 metres from the beach, with an excellent location in the centre of Sant Martí d’Empuries, behind the church square, overlooking the promenade of Empúries, the beaches and the archaeological site .
A 19thcentury building, recently renovated, on a plot of 135m².
The house has a surface area of 150m² distributed on three floors, suitable for a maximum of six people. Boasting a garden, covered terrace with views and sun terrace.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one in suite with bathroom and dressing room, and a second full bathroom.
The first floor consists of the living room, the covered terrace with views and the kitchen-dining room.
While on the second floor we find an open living room, a complete bathroom and the sun terrace.
All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun. All bathrooms are with shower.
The L-shaped garden surrounds part of the house, from the entrance hall to the bedrooms.
