The apartment is 75 sqm with a beautiful balcony of 20 sqm overlooking the lake.

The apartment is 75 sqm with a beautiful balcony of 20 sqm with wonderful lake views. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is luxury furnished.

The Resort has its own stretch of private lakefront, 180m in length, characterised by a long and enjoyable beach. Moreover, it is only minutes away from one of the most desirable tourist destinations in Lombardy: Bellagio.

The architectural composition of the buildings allows for the special and unique panorama to be enjoyed from all settings. With views of the mountains and the large stretch of water that is overlooked by one the most exclusive parts of Lake Como, in front of the Isola Comacina and the promontory from which rises the historic Villa del Balbianello.

The Resort has also a swimming pool, complete with its own facilities and accessories, positioned in the garden next to the homes, overlooking the lake and private beach.

On request is possible to rent a boat space in the resort private dock area just in front of the property (for a max 6.5 meters long boat) at €25/day.

No smoking inside. Smoking is allowed outside only.

The resort is located at walking distance from the restaurant of the hotel Helvetia and the center of Lezzeno where there are a few small shops and the ferry to Como and Bellagio.

Normal check-in time is from 3 pm to 7 pm. Please advise if you plan to arrive after 7 pm, the office is closed and we need to arrange a different meeting point (a late check-in fee will apply: €30 till 10 pm, €50 till midnight). Sorry, check-in is not possible after midnight.
