“Perfect in every way” I recently stayed in this condo (31 March-06 april). The condo was exactly as described by the owner. The location is ideal for visitors requiring accommodation in Makati. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within a minutes walk from the condo. I walked into central Makati (Glorietta Mall) on a few occasions in under 30 minutes, however there are also numerous taxis operating past the a Venue Suites. I highly recommend this condo for singles or couples as it satisfies all requirements for city living. The owner and the caretaker are friendly and easy to deal with. I had an enjoyable stay with no negative comments to offer regarding my stay in Michaels condo. I would have no hesitation in booking this condo again for future visits to Manila.

“Awesome - Beautiful Place!” We stayed here for a week with my family and had a wonderful time staying here - there were four of us. This condo is beautiful and very well kept. It looks exactly the same as what is shown in the rental pictures. The location is excellent and very convenient to a lot of places. It is walking distance to Marriott Hotel and the Resort World. I'm so glad we rented this place. Jane is very accommodating, pleasant and very professional. The care taker and the security guards are very pleasant as well.

“Amazing stay at Rockwell for New Years!” My husband and I stayed at this apartment from Dec 30th to Jan 5th this year. Neither of us are Filipino but we felt right at home in Manila, especially at Rockwell. The apartment is the perfect size and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The concierge staff are helpful and very attentive, the location is very safe, there is a mall just across the street, and everything in Makati is less than 10 minutes away by taxi (without traffic). I had great communication with the owner and property manager before, during and after our stay. If we ever go back to Manila, 1 Rockwell Drive East (Apartment 1412E) is definitely where we will choose to stay. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back! lol
