Hello, I am Maria and I will welcome you! The house is located in the center of Ostia a few steps from the sea and the pedestrian area full of shops and clubs. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Ostia Lido centro station, from where you can reach the COLOSSEUM in about 40 minutes. The house is very central, but it remains silent, it is located on the top floor with a lift, and is equipped with every comfort. You will be captivated by the magnificent terrace overlooking the sea where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets in Rome and the symbol of our location, or stay comfortably lying on the sun bed in complete tranquility! The house consists of a bedroom with sea view, a living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed and a bedroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with linen. The bathroom is complete with towels, set for personal hygiene, hairdryer and a large shower box provided with chrome therapy, the ideal place to pamper yourself a little after spending wonderful days! In addition to the sofa bed, the large living room has a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave and a toaster. Complete the equipment washing machine, iron, drying rack, and of course Wi-Fi network !!! On request we provide baby cot and high chair! What are you waiting for?!? I wait for you!!!

“Excellent luxury penthouse when visiting Rome”
We were greeted by the hosts who had thought of everything the apartment was beautifully prepared with a stocked fridge wine cakes fruit and all the essentials. Candles on the massive balcony were lit and Mary and Emanuele spent time showing all the features and facilities. Aircon in every room, colour led in hall and bathroom . 2 balconies . Large tv in lounge with Netflix. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and lift Location is fabulous opposite the beach with fantastic local bars and restaurants on the door step. 15 min walk to station and 1.50 Euro single ticket to Rome city. Only 5 mins train to ostia antica the old harbour with great history ruins and mosaics Train to Rome is easy lido > piramede / nice aircon train with a good chance of a seat only 30 mins and then onto the metro for the main sites in Rome The beach is packed with beach clubs and they come alive at the weekends with DJ's and live music in the evening We used salvus (opposite the apt ) and Bahia and Vittoria which were a 5 min walk north up the beach. Sun beds and umbrellas are same price at each and are costly. Some days were spent on the apartment balcony as it had table chairs sunbeds and awning - view of the beach and sea is awesome. Evening drinks and dinner on the balcony wathing sunsets and moonbeams Local bread fish and ice cream shops. 5 mins to mini market and 10 mins walk to 24hr supermarket ( handy on the way back from the station too) we went for 2 weeks and wanted to stay longer to explore more of what Ostia has to offer TIP : book local cab for your pickup from airport and return expect to pay 25 euros from fuimcino to the apartment
