Description
The Limassol Star 3B/R villa is just 100 meters from Park Lane Hotel and 300 meters from St Raphael hotel and just 200 meters from the awarded Blue flagged beach among 5 Star Hotels and Yacht Club Marina.
This exclusive 3B/R self-catering detached house is tastefully fully furnished and equipped, fully air conditioned and centrally heated plus features an open-plan quality equipped kitchen with seating and dining area. The House features private swimming pool and good size landscape gardens and free parking.
The House is to be considered a great holiday place. All local amenities are within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance and these include restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car hire, souvenir and tour shops. A regular bus service or a short taxi ride takes you into the heart of the tourist area where restaurants, bars and nightclubs are in abundance.
It is approximately a 1 hour drive to Paphos to the east, Ayia Napa to the west and the Troodos mountains to the north. Transport Car hire is available and can be booked through us at very reasonable rates. However, local buses are regular, inexpensive and available on the main coastal road.
• Extra persons as per the max occupancy of the property are free with no extra charge if prior notice at least one week is given. Last minute notice for extra persons will bare an additional charge of 10 euro per person for each night.
• Please note that electricity and water use is upon charge. The deposit money is refundable after excluding the charges for electricity and water fee.
• No smoking in the villa
• Pets are allowed after our prior approval
• Departure cleaning is an extra charge
• The property is on the self-service ( 2 sets of towels per person and 2 sets of linen per room are included in the price)
• Security deposit against damages is 500€ and It should be paid upon arrival

“Lack of maintenance”
