We booked this condo for three nights in January for a family ski trip. First time skiing in the area. We had a great trip, largely in part to the suitability of this condo. Great location in Lincoln, so close to Loon Mountain. Although we did not use the free shuttle, we saw it running constantly throughout our trip. A great option for the skier that wants to end their day a little earlier than the rest. The condo was immaculate and comfortable, just as depicted. The layout was great for gathering and for privacy, as each bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area. Beds were comfy; we slept well after our ski days. Nice to flip on the fireplace when we got home from the slopes. We kept our skis in our vehicle, but access to a ski locker is a great plus. Kitchen and dining area were great for our family trip. We brought some of our favorite meals to enjoy, but we also did take out and dined out as there are a lot of interesting and reasonable options in the area. We were able to pack our lunch for the slopes. We did enjoy the spa and pool one of the days. We were rained out the day we were going to try Cannon Mtn, but did also enjoy Bretton Woods. As a family of four with both kids in college, I appreciated the value of this condo. It allowed us to have a nice little ski trip without breaking the bank.

Sept 3 2011,
Our family spent a wonderful vacation there. We arrived at midnight to avoid the hurricane on the next day. The building was locked, but John had sent us excellent instructions of how to get a key, so we were able to enter the building without bothering anybody.
The condo had a door code, which was extremely helpful, so we did not have to carry keys for each one of us. We were very impressed by the cleanness of the apartment and by the well arranged furniture. The beds were big, soft and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was high tech equipped with flat screen TVs in each room, video and DVD, stereo and video cassettes and discs provided.
The kitchen was equipped with everything to the smallest detail, including new sets of dishes, pots and even electrical can opener and iHome for iPod. Everything was new and clean.
The closeness to shopping, dining, Movie Theater, post office, bank, pharmacy and health center makes the neighborhood desirable.
Thank you for making our vacation at your condo such a pleasant and unforgettable experience. We have already recommended it to friends and family members.

The condo was immaculate and well stocked with all essentials. The layout was great with a living room between the two bedrooms. Everything was comfortable and immediately felt like home. There were plenty of seats for dining between the large table and breakfast bar. 8 people could comfortably sleep between the 3 beds and pull out couch. We ate out frequently at nearby restaurants and were also able to make anything in the well equipped kitchen. The two pools and jacuzzi were clean and refreshing and the option of a full gym and racquet ball court were nice to have. It was never crowded either. In fact, we were the only ones swimming on a few occasions. John has an extensive movie collection, including movies from all genres. The condo itself was large enough that we didn't feel cramped in, even after 5 nights. The balcony was a nice spot to sit with a book. Traveling with babies or young children can be a challenge, and a high chair and pack 'n play are provided. The outlets were plugged for safety and aside from moving the cleaning supplies out of reach, there wasn't anything we had to rearrange for our daughter's safety. We toured around Lincoln and visited Clark's Trading Post, within walking distance. The Basin is beautiful and only a 3 minute drive as well. There are some cute shops around the corner as well as great restaurants. We visited the Flume Gorge and made our way to Glen for Story Land too. The condo's office had information regarding activities and maps, if needed. While we had fun busy days filled with activity, we looked forward to coming "home" to the condo to relax and swim. The gas fireplace would be nice in the cooler months, and the aC was great during the hot days. The condo and building are easily accessible with strollers as well as wheel chairs. We look forward to visiting again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, spacious, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. It was perfect!

Every aspect of renting this condo was a great experience! From the initial e-mail to turning in the keys on the last day, John was terrific to deal with and the condo was spectacular. Overall, we stayed for three days and two nights. The location was perfect for hiking and dining out. John's suggestion of the Gypsy Café made for a great start to the weekend.
Perhaps the best night was staying in and making dinner. Not only was everything available to cook a complete and delicious meal, the ambiance was perfect for me to pop the big question. Upon departure, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The toughest part was actually leaving, as we can't wait to visit again. We have already strongly recommended this condo and hope others can have as good of an experience as we did.

We stayed in this condo in august 2010 and it was a great experience! The condo is very nice and well-appointed - everything from a wonderfully supplied kitchen to a very well stocked DVD selection. The actual layout of the condo is perfect for two couples or for a family with several children. Both bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom with one bedroom containing two double beds. And the beds are heavenly with the pillow-top mattresses. The location of the condo is perfect - close to a grocery store, several great restaurants, and a wide variety of hiking trails. The best part was that the owner provided lots of recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, tourist locations, etc., which was wonderful for us since we live several states away and had never visited Loon Mountain. It was a wonderful experience - one that I would highly recommend!
