This 200m2 brand new luxurious villa is located only 8 minutes away from famous Lindos village on the quiet Pilona village in south part of Rhodes. It’s ideal place for a relaxing holiday with friends or family close to famous beaches (Lindos Village, Vlycha beach, Kalathos beach, Tsampika beach, Kiotari ) and all the amenities and entertainment facilities of the island's historical capital.
This villa is newly built in 2016, it has a brand new private swimming pool of 8m long. The fully air conditioned (hot/cold) villa and the two fireplaces indoors makes this villa is ideal for your summer and winter holidays. It is equipped to the highest standards offering all the modern comforts you might need for a memorable holiday.
When you cross the entrance door, you see on your left the large swimming pool area surrounded by wooden fencing and flower beds full of colorful flowers. Around the swimming pool there are 6 wooden swimming pool chairs where you can enjoy your sunbathing, one big umbrella and an open air shower. In the same area you will find the BBQ with an outdoors dining table where you can have unforgettable BBQ parties. Next you can enjoy some time in the luxurious Jacuzzi cabinet of 3 people.
As you cross a couple of stairs you will find the main terrace of the villa. A true beauty where you can sit on the relaxing table of five. From the raised terrace you can see the great view across the green hill, eat your meal or enjoy your evening reading.
On your right there’s the door of the main house which decoration combines the modern and the classic style. As you cross the door, you will find spacious the living room with a 3seated sofa and a chaise lounge with a white wooden coffee table. Across the sofa you can see the fireplace and the plasma Satellite TV. The Wi-Fi Internet router can also be found there. In the same undivided generous room you will find the kitchen with wooden counter, wooden dining table with 6 chairs and two stools, baby high chair and grandmother’s Despina breakfront antique. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceran cooktop, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, espresso machine, juicer, electric kettle and a toaster and the washing machine.
Behind the living room the first master bedroom is located. There you will find a handmade wooden super king sized bed of 1.80x2.20m. Across the bed there’s a baby cot and an antique wooden handmade mirror. This room as all the other bedrooms, has en suite bathroom with toilet, large luxury bath tub, double bath sinks. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet, luggage table and its own private balcony where you can enjoy the view across the hill.
The second master bedroom has a king sized bed of 1.60x2.00m. This bedroom has en suite bathroom with toilet, bath sink and glass shower. This room also has its own private balcony which leads you downstairs to the swimming pool-garden area. Let’s not forget that this master bedroom has its own clothes closet and luggage table as well.
The third bedroom, the “romantic bedroom” has a double bed of 1.60x2.00m. This room has clothes closet, luggage table and bathroom next door with toilet, bath sink and a spacious glass shower cabinet.
The forth bedroom has two single beds of 90x.2.00m which are on a traditional wooden bed furniture called “sofás”. This bedroom has en suite bathroom with toilet, bath sink and glass shower.
Let’s not forget that all 4 bedrooms have atmospheric lighting with Led lighting which relaxes your spirit.
And finally the infamous “spa room”. There you will find a sauna cabinet of 4 people. Across the spa equipment you can see the second fireplace and a bamboo chair which can make your spa experience unforgettable especially in your winter holidays. The spa room has two doors, one door leads to the single bedroom and the other to a double bedroom.
We recommend our guests to rent a car for their convenience.
Food shop 50m is away from the villa. Greek traditional tavern 100m and a traditional Greek “Kafeneio” only 50m away.
The nearest supermarket “Flevaris” and ATM can be found 1.5 Km away from the villa. A food shop is located 50m away from the villa. Greek traditional taverns can be found 100m away. In Kalathos Village (7’ away) you will find Gas Station, restaurants and ATM machine.
Lindos Village (8’ away) is ideal for its beaches, sightseeing and food restaurants and bars. Vlicha Village (5’ away) is great for a relaxing swimming and food too. Kiotari village (10’ away) is a great choice for Watersports also for restaurants for all kind of cuisines.
