The home was originally built as a single family residence and social gathering area for the early Swedish settlers. Additional Location Information

35 miles north of Minneapolis and St. Paul off of I-35. Take Hwy 8 east toward Taylors Falls past Chisago City into Lindstrom. As you cross the bridge between North and South Lindstrom lake turn right on Linden to 1 block to Newell. Turn right and we are the first driveway on the left. The house is setback from the street with the house number over the garage door.
