“Lovely cottage with a great shoreline. Loads of fun!!”

Very nice for an older cottage. Trees needed to be pruned back. Everything was a little overgrown and it obstructed the view a bit. Nice shoreline was rocky but still manageable with a cute beach opposite to the bay. Bay has barely any weeds which is nice for swimming but not great for fishing:( ants in kitchen are to be expected but it didn't help that owners kept food (not sealed) in pantry.
Other than those minor details. We would go back in a second!!! We loved it there. The stars are absolutly breathtaking because of the remote location.

This waterfront cottage was very spacious, with good sized bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was old fashioned with an older gas stove. The walk to the water front was an easy stroll down the stone path where we enjoyed bonfires and melting marshmallows. The sunrises were splendid and short stroll down the waterfront allowed us to enjoy the sunsets too

This was a great cottage, beautiful location. It is situated on the water, though very rocky and the rocks are slippery! We canoed and swam across the bay to the small sandy beach every day for great sunning and swimming.
Location is remote, approx. 20 minute drive to towns/stores. Cottage is quite nice, well-equipped and was very clean. Rent a Cottage was easy to deal with and we would definitely deal with the again.

This was one of the most peaceful vacations we've had in a long time. It was so quiet and private. The cottage is nice, and we loved having access to the kayak - it was nice to be able to kayak to the sandy beach. We also liked that there was so much outside furniture to recline and read a book.
The only drawback we found was the couches were very dirty - so we sat on blankets most of the time. Other than that - the rest of the cottage was clean, and we would recommend this cottage to others.
