We had a nice stay at Dyer's Haven. At first we thought it was a little bit far from all the amenities but we got used to it. The view made up for the inconvenience. We loved our bike ride along the bay and we were very close to the Bruce Trail! The cottage was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped (very clean). The cottage was perfect for two; four people could have felt a bit crowded, with our luggage and equipment. A little too pricy for our taste; we had to do the cleaning before leaving, and pay for the wood. Ours hosts were very kind! Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of vacationing at Dyer's Haven in June and October and find that it is the perfect hideaway to escape to at any time of year. Whether it is listening to the water gently lap against the rocks as you are curled up on the beach reading a good book or taking in the fabulous fall colours up and down the escarpment, there really is no better place to be to fill your heart and soul with peace and tranquility. The cottage is warm and inviting and the owners are too. I would highly recommend Dyer's Haven to anyone. In fact, I am looking forward to my 2009 vacation here!
