Description

Apartment Chiado 9 is located at 11, Travessa Joao de Deus, 1st floor (no elevator), in the desirable Chiado area, the heart of Lisbon, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town.

Location is unbeatable. Within minutes walking distance you will find all types of restaurants, fado houses, luxury shops, latest fashion bars, clubs, theatres, supermarkets, neighbourhood grocery stores and small cafes.

The flat is a great starting point from which to discover Lisbon. Many points of interest are just outside the front door and within 3 to 5 minutes walk you will find Baixa-Chiado metro station, the famous 28 tram stops and the railway station to Sintra. Railway station to Estoril and Cascais beaches is 10 minutes walkig distance.

Chiado 9 is a flat of unique characteristics in the heart of town: a full of light, spacious, simultaneously refines and cosy apartment, completed with a generous size patio and garden - an unusual luxury in the luxurious Chiado quarter!

The layout, the location, detailed décor and the patio and garden put this unit on top of what Lisbon has to offer.

Apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child.

Entrance opens to a hall that leads the way to the first, pleasant size, bedroom, equipped with an extra double bed. Bedroom has open entrance to a very large large closet room equipped with a real single bed, where a child can sleep or that can be used as a sofa.

Second bedroom is same pleasant size and also equipped with an extra double bed and a large wardrobe. To be noted that second bedroom gets naturali light fom the living room only.

Living room is extremely large, full of light with its floor to ceiling windows facing the patio. Leisure area and dinning area are clearly separated.

Kitchen is on the narrow size but very functional and well equipped.

In addition there is a small study/working area, a full bathroom and another half bathroom.

Access to the patio and garden is made from the living room and from the kitchen. This wide exterior area is very sunny and surrounded by high walls and vegetation. Patio and garden can be used to have meals al fresco, socialize, sun bathing or simply reaxing after a hard day visiting town.

Apartment Chiado 9 is suitable for guests aiming to stay with all comfort in the heart of town with the possibility of spending quality time while in the apartment.

Pets are allowed. Smoking allowed in the patio only.
