The Beach House is a stylish, modern apartment overlooking the sea at Crosby and the famous Golf Coast . For those seeking a quiet retreat it is ideal for golfers and horse racing enthusiasts, close to West Lancashire, Royal Birkdale and many other championship golf courses. Aintree Race course, hosting the world famous Grand National and other race meetings, is only 15 minutes away. There are lovely walks and stunning sunsets on the doorstep along the Sefton Coastal path, including Antony Gormley's renowned statues, 'Another Place', the red squirrels at Formby Nature Reserve (National Trust) and the Cheshire Lines cycle track. One double/twin bedroom with sea views and en suite shower room. Large sitting room with double bed settee, kitchen with dishwasher, multicooker and golf course view. French windows to patio area. Ground floor cloakroom.You can add a luxury package for 2 people a 2 night stay. This includes fresh flowers and a fruit basket, a bottle of Champagne chilling in your fridge, a Continental breakfast both mornings (left in your apartment), exclusive,unlimited use of the hot tub and also fluffy robes and slippers for your use during your stay.
The hot tub (if booked) is available from 10am to 10pm.
Dogs by arrangement at an additional charge of £10 per dog. Please note that dogs may not use the garden.

“Short break”
Lovely break in a great location. 200 metres from the beach and a 15 minute drive to city centre. Lynne was very welcoming (thanks for the milk)and I would recommend the beach house to anyone.
