Description

Quinta das Acacias cottages are several self catered cottages and apartments in the same property separated by gardens with sculptural art. Each cottage is fully equipped for your short or longer term stays.

Semi detached Apartment #5 is 1 bedroom, (double bed-140 cm x 190 cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. It is located down the flight of stairs and away from it all. Parking is near the house, BBQ and lounging area in a private garden area.

We invite the guests to enjoy all the gardens within the 8000m2 gated property.

Getting around

Guests can take the local bus, call a taxi or rent a car. The taxi and bus will limit what you can do in the way of walking the trails or stopping when ever you want to eat or view areas. We have secured special discounted rates with a major car rental company for the past 6 years for our guests to benefit. Ask us about the rates for your dates as soon as you reserve-limited vehicles on the island.

The quote does not include the final cleaning of 85 euros. This can be paid in cash at checkin. We meet, greet and orientate the guests . We live on the property so they can contact us anytime

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
