Beautifully decorated apartment done on a country cottage theme with a modern twist. Spacious entrance hall with reading corner, large lounge/diner/kitchen with microwave, full size oven, dishwasher,full size fridge freezer, toaster,kettle. Stairs up to large bathroom, day bed and lovely bedroom.

The apartment is on the first floor.

“Lovely place, well located, accommodating and friendly owners”

The whole apartment just had a really good feel and was very well thought through and put together. Great, large shower room. Nice, firm bed in a spacious duplex attic bedroom. Comfy sofa and chairs and modern, well equipped kitchen. 10 minutes walk to central Llandudno / North Parade and 5 mins walk to the the West Shore beach. This has to be the cleanest timeshare or holiday rental we've ever stayed in. What's not to love?! We'll be back. Julie and Dyfrig (sp?) were so accommodating re arrival time and friendly during our stay. Almost don't want to recommend this place in case you book it when we want it!

What a wonderful apartment. Every room was a joy. Very comfortable & relaxing. Lovely garden. Centrally located. We had a fantastic week & will without doubt return.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
