CASA PATIO is an exclusive Holiday Villa with private pool, BBQ, terrace, play ground. In a quiet environment, suitable for families or groups of friends seeking for relax:
• Ideally located 20 minutes from the beaches (Caldes de Estrac, Mataro, Areyns de Mar).
•35 minutes from excitant and cosmopolitan City of Barcelona (train 5 minutes walking to train station and 35 minutes to Old Town Barcelona),
•It is not necesarry to rent a car (Direct direct to Barcelona and airport)

Excellent séjour à 14 jeunes, super villa, super emplacement, propriétaire super sympa, le seul défaut est le manque d'isolation.
