Enjoy the peace of the countryside in this beautiful villa with private pool on the outskirts of Lloseta. It sleeps 6 guests.

Outside this beautiful villa you will be able to enjoy a nice swim in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.6 to 1.8 metres. You'll also find 3 sunloungers around where you can bask in the sun although you can also relax on the 2 Bali beds. From the pool and down some steps you'll reach the porch which is perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco or to have a drink in the evening. There also is an equipped terrace in another corner of the house. The property is fenced and offers 4000 m2.

The house comprises 2 floors. On the first floor you have the living room -with AC and satellite TV, located by the kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and linked to the living through a marble peninsula. Two steps from here lead to the dining room, equipped also with AC and with access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all of them with AC and 3 with a closet, are on the ground floor. Three of them have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. The window in one of the bedrooms with a full-size bed has views to the inside although it offers exit to the terrace. In addition, two bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there are 2 more bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located on the outskirts of Lloseta, a town that emanates the peace and quiet atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. You'll find the needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, Inca -with many more services and its traditional street market on Thursday mornings- is only a 5 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 32 km from the house.
