“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“First class, gorgeous, spacious, relaxing, amazing view, oceanfr” Two weeks at the end of February, five years in a row, we have enjoyed a great vacation at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. The service is the best, people are extremely pleasant and always willing to help.The location is a favorite. The beach is beautiful and great to walk on and people watch. The town of Bucerias is walking distance or a short taxi ride and has great restaurants. The gym is very well equipped and the spa services are first class. The Millers are great hosts and always make renting their condo a pleasure. We hope to continue our vacations there for many years to come.

“Heavenly house” Casa Melissa was the most beautiful vacation house I've had the pleasure of staying in. I rent 2-3 vacation houses a year in Tahoe and Hawaii and this house was the best ever! The infinity pool was spectacular and the tennis court was a fabulous opportunity for exercise. The house was equipped with every necessity, from plenty of towels, to a coffee grinder and all the essential cookware. The water cooler was a thoghful touch too! The house and furniture are beautiful and a classy, comfortable, clean example of traditional Mexican architechutre. Truly a perfect house for family, friends and mixed groups. I can't wait to go back!

“Magia = Magical” We just returned from an amazing week staying in Sayulita at Magia. This was our first time in Sayulita and it did not disappoint. Sayulita is a laid back town with a wonderful beach but not filled with Spring Breakers and overdevelopment. The town was full of energy and offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, street vendors and bars but the best part was having the best of both worlds at our fingertips. A short trip up into the jungle hills to Magia and voila, complete peace and quiet. Magia was one of the few places we've stayed which was actually better in-person than the photos. The wonderful-yet-subtle design and features of the home, the sights, jungle sounds and that view are hard to translate in one-dimensional photos. You simply have to experience it firsthand. Picture flocks of bright green parakeets flying past you, geckos chirping and you start to get the feeling. All of the amenities were well thought-out and you have everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation. Cameron and Miguel ensured everything we needed was provided. The open air shower in the master suite added a special bonus. The walk into town isn't terribly difficult but we ended up renting a Jeep, which allowed us to explore outlying areas. If you rent a golf cart, make sure to reserve one first. I also rode the bus into Bucerias to get the Jeep and I found the service dependable and cheap. The bus stop is just down the hill from Magia. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a memorable experience in Sayulita.

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Great family vacation home!” My wife and I were looking for a place which would put us close to the many activities we had planned in Sayulita... To satisfy our needs it was important to be roomy enough to include our 2 married sons, their wives and our 2 year old granddaughter. At the same time, we all have hectic schedules so we needed a place to relax and something to do while our granddaughter could get a nap. We did some research and discovered what i would call"A Cut above" in terms of luxury homes for rent... No place is perfect. But, Casa Roca Sayulita was just what we were looking for. It was close to the surf breaks, restaurants, grocery stores and other area attractions. The kitchen was a perfect place to cut expenses by dining in and allowed us enjoy ourselves without extra expenses. It was roomy, decorated very nicely, and had everything we needed. Our entire family was shocked at how nice it was for rental property. Further, it was cheaper than hotel rooms or 2 condos. It was really nice that the top floor had a table ideal for playing games after our granddaughter went to bed. We were able to enjoy ourselves without disturbing her but close enough to be aware if she needed us. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing 2 dolphins playing with big fish. We spent about 20 minutes just watching them chase fish in the bay... Once they caught the fish they played with them by throwing them in the air before eating them.

“Completely Satisfied” I have stayed in Sayulita about 10 times now. This is by far my favorite, and will only book here now. If it's not available, I'm waiting to book my flights when it is available. The house is insane, and Cory the owner is the most friendly guy you'll ever meet. When finding a place to stay, you won't find better. 120% satisfied!

“We have stayed here 3 times and love it!” Beautifully decorated,sunny rooms.Kitchen is well equipped. Our favorite area is the front balcony,with its cool breezes,overlooking the pool. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes into the town, along the beach or on the roads. The town has good choices in restaurants and a French bakery, which we frequent every morning. A local man comes around to the balcony every morning selling muffins.

“Very relaxing and in constant contact with nature!” Small and beautiful place for a family gathering!!! Kitchen is outdoors so it was really nice to have all our meals outside!

We so easily dropped out of our hectic lives and felt nurtured, uplifted, and rejuvenated. Casa Paloma is so grand and relaxing we felt like we didn't even need to go anywhere else to enjoy a fantastic vacation! And yet the quaint little town of Sayulita and its expansive beaches were so enjoyable that we left "our nest" at least once a day to go exploring. Especially enjoyable is the convenience of being able to walk easily everywhere. What a discovery your Casa Paloma and Sayulita are! We found so many glowing reviews of your place on the Vrbo site, we just had to come...we are totally happy we did...and look forward to returning as often as we can!

“Wonderful place, lovely stay...” This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location is great as it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything is new. Very nice furniture and furnishings. Good air conditioners. It even had an amazing washer and dryer. The bathrooms are very spacious. The kitchen well equipped. Traveled with adult son and his girlfriend. Highly recommend it.

“Wonderful Experience in San Pancho” With my wife and two children we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sweetwater. The views and location are wonderful, and this beautiful, modern home is very comfortable. We have recommended this to our family and friends.

“Breathtaking views from every room” I rented Casa Puesta del Sol for 10 days. It was my fifth, and most memorable visit to San Pancho. The house has some of the most beautiful vistas in town. Caren and allison made sure that we had everything we needed and were instrumental in helping us find this gem of a house. Location affords a spectacular view of the entire coast, as well as, an amazing view of the ocean/horizon. First day brought whales breaching and outstanding bird-watching. A short walk to the bottom of the drive and you're at Marplata, one of the best (if not the best) restaurant in San Pancho. 15 minute beach walk into town. Nothing better to falling alseep to nothing but the sound of the waves crashing on the beach!
