Sorry we do not accept any pets !!!!

Unique tranquil loch front setting in the Arrochar Alps located only 45 minutes from Glasgow City Centre, or 55 minutes from the Ski Centre in Glencoe. A very spacious semi setached bungalow consisting of 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 superking, bedroom two 2, king bed, separate single bed, large lounge with panoramic views only 10 ft from the waters edge at high tide.

Large dining conservatory and kitchen with walk in pantry. All bedrooms in the house have flatscreen tv's, the kitchen has a 32 inch and the living room has a 52 inch plasma. Large outdoor hot tub. You simply will not find a better waterside location !

Large communal garden games room with pool table, airhockey, darts and playstation etc. children must have adult supervision.

Outdoor bar seating area with gas fire pit is communal and may be booked for exclusive use for special occassions ! please book in advance for special occassions with owners direct, area has fire pits and gas patio heaters for winter use.

We also have kayaks, paddleboards and small boats available for fishing or messing around on the water !

Please advise your hosts in advance should you be bringing an electrical vehicles to site, especially if you require or intend to charge it from the properties power supply.

Any consumption of electricity for vehicle charging has not been factored into your rental rate and as such will be recharged to you at a specified rate at the end of your stay using the most recent kw hour rates applicable or alternatively reclaimed from your rental deposit.

“Ardmay bungalow”

Stayed at the bungalow for 5 days and had a fabulous time. Perfect location with stunning views and access to the Loch using the supplied boating equipment. Dougie was a very friendly and helpful host. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Fantastic!

“Perfect getaway”

The accommodation was excellent; modern, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable, and decorated wonderfully for Christmas. Views across the loch were gorgeous to wake up to every day, and the on-site bar, hot tub and games room provided plenty of diversion as well as streaming services included with the TV. The standout however was our host, Doug. Accessible, friendly, welcoming, we truly cannot say enough good things about him. He gifted us a beautiful bottle of scotch for Christmas, and even delivered crackers and homemade paté on Christmas Day. Absolutely spectacular stay, can't recommend highly enough.

What a great location Literally on the Loch.. The bungalow was clean and well equipped to cater for ourselves. Host was very hospitable, generous and helpful with some great suggestions as to places to visit, places to eat etc. We will be back for sure..
