Description

Orchard Barn is a single story property. The large, open plan living area offers space for relaxation and is fully equipped with TV and DVD player. The two double bedrooms are comfortable, both have vaulted ceilings, wall mounted tv's, wardrobes and chest of drawers. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of utensils and kitchen 'gadgets'. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and wc, shaver point and heated towel rail. The private patio area is a real sun trap - it comes equipped with garden furniture, a BBQ and chiminea patio heater and a private hot tub. Parking is on shingle directly outside the front door. We have added an EV Car Charger for guests use (Charges will apply).

Orchard Barn is an ideal base for all ages, perfect for couples who wish to take a short break or family groups.

Orchard Barn is situated in a quiet, rural location, but it benefits from easy access to both Norfolk & Suffolk. It is the perfect base for all types of holidays - plenty to occupy families with the beech, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft within easy reach. For those seeking culture, Norwich is just 15 minutes away with its theatres and galleries. For the active there are long distance footpaths,(we are located at the half way point of the Wherrymans' Way). Cycle route 1 is very near by and there is fishing, sailing, boat hire and even skiing & parachuting within half an hour.

Getting around

A car is pretty essential although Loddon has a good bus service. For the keen cyclist, Route 1 of the National Network is visible from your window - but don't be fooled - Norfolk isn't as flat as you think it is!

Interaction with guest

Orchard Barn is a separate dwelling - we will greet you when you arrive and will be on hand if you require help, but essentially we will leave you to enjoy your holiday. We do ,however, need to check the hot tub twice a day but will try and do this while you are out and about.

How do damage deposits work?
