Description
A stylish modern apartment in the W11 district of London, which includes Notting Hill Gate. It is just 6 minutes’ walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre, West London’s largest shopping mall.
The property is on the top (third) floor of a modern private development, so it is quiet and bright. The property has a reception with open plan kitchen and French windows onto a private balcony, facing South-West over a park. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The flat can also be used as a 2 bed with extended reception room. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds which can alternatively be zipped together to make a super King bed. 2 further single air beds can be provided.
The apartment is fitted out to a high specification with features such as remote-controlled blinds, designer radiators, Miele and Siemens appliances. A private car parking space can be provided if required.
The flat is situated at the Western edge of Holland Park. The underground stations at Latimer Road, Holland Park and Shepherds Bush are all within 10 minutes’ walk.
Westfield Shopping centre, open until 10pm on weekdays, offers an enormous range of clothing, designer and other shops. Shepherds Bush Green has further shopping and fast food outlets, while Shepherds Bush market is popular with tourists. To the East side of the property is the more exclusive district of Holland Park. Boutiques and fine restaurants are to be found within walking distance in Holland Park Avenue, Clarendon Cross and Notting Hill. The world-famous Portobello market is well worth visiting.
The Notting Hill Co-op mini supermarket is just 150 metres away, open until 11pm.
Coronovirus update: we are cleaning the apartment especially thoroughly during the pandemic. We may ask guests to delay arrival a little after 14:00 to enable our cleaner more time, on days where the previous guest left the same morning.
