This spacious (66 sq m) just redecorated heart of Central London apartment provides enjoyable and comfortable accommodation. The property is in excellent condition and is offered fully furnished in a contemporary style.
The property is on the fifth floor (with lift) and is set out over one floor. There is woodstrip laminate flooring throughout and very good natural light.
Two double bedrooms are at the rear of the building (so particularly quiet for sleeping) and overlook the local landmark, the impressive BT Tower. The master bedroom (2.89m x 4.19m) has a full ensuite with full-sized bath, shower unit, handbasin and WC. In addition, there is a good sized third bedroom (2.88m x 2.95m) with a single bed and a recently purchased Ikea sofa bed. Each bedroom is a light and bright room with a comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton sheets. External noise levels are low.
Off the hallway, there is a family bathroom with full-sized bath, shower, handbasin and WC.
The hallway leads to the large living room, which has good quality furnishings, including two comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, freeview, dining table and chairs. The large double-aspect picture windows overlook a pleasant tree-lined street.
The separate kitchen has a plenty of cupboard space and a full range of integrated appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer. The separate fridge and freezer both have plenty of storage space. Kitchen utensils and a coffee machine are provided.
This is great opportunity to stay in a smart, attractive property in a super and safe area. The apartment is in a secure, recently renovated, quiet block with 43 flats in Fitzrovia, W1, bordering Fitzroy Square.
Fitzrovia is in the heart of the West End. It's a super central location with a villagey feel and Georgian architecture. The area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud. Today it is a popular and lively neighbourhood with a residential and business mix. The numerous media companies based in the area feed into a trendy and vibrant buzz. There is a good range of shops and a huge choice of delicious restaurants and bars.
Tourist London is easily accessible on foot or by tube. All Central London museums, including the British Museum, are a walk away. Warren Street, Euston Square, Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road tubes are close by. Regent’s Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 10-minute walk. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey.
Several supermarkets are close by (including a good Sainsburys, Tescos, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Waitrose and Plant Organic)
Please note, if you are booking for 3 or 4 nights, we are happy to accept short stay bookings but because of cleaning and laundry costs, there is a minimum rent of £875.

Great apt. in an excellent neighborhood. Clean & comfortable. Arrangements were easily made and all communications with letting agent were always prompt, clear, cordial, and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood has great restaurants, close to two Underground stations. Terrific wi-fi.

We spent 5 days in the apartment. It is within walking distance of Euston (10 minutes), £5 in a taxi and only minutes away from Oxford Street. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby and the area itself is quite quiet considering how central the location is.
The apartment was clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds. We travelled with 3 young children aged 3, 4 and 5, who shared the room with the single bed and sofa bed and loved it!
Liz was a great host and made sure we had all the information we needed.

We stayed for 11 nights with our 2 teenaged sons and found the apartment to be everything we needed. It is in a great location, close to transport, shops and restaurants. The apartment had enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend it.

The location is great, close to shoping center, just a short walk.
The apartment is in excellent condition: full equipped kitchen including a dish washer and three separated and large bedrooms with two bathrooms. It is very close to the Metro station. Check in and check out is done smoothly with detailed instruction. We got good tips and useful information from Liz and Jack. We definitely recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Liz was so helpful in responding in detail to all our questions in a very timely manner.
The apartment was very clean, quiet and fully equipped with all essentials. Location was great as we spent a lot of time in Soho and Oxford Street and the Warren Street tube was very close. We will definitely be back and would stay here again.

The apartment is well-maintained with necessary amenities - although we couldn't get the wireless internet to work (strong signal but no internet connection). You can sign up for the Btopen access for 6 pounds a day. We stayed from Thu-Sun and the locale can be quite noisy in the middle of the night with a club across the street and some drunken shouting and breaking of bottles. Apartment is an easy stroll to the Warren Street, Great Portland tube stations, and Regent Park is close by for an evening jog/stroll. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and highly recommend this property!

This clean, quiet, well-appointed apartment was an essential part of our enjoyable London vacation. The apartment comfortably accommodated 5 adults; the location is outstanding, accessible to good restaurants, supermarkets, underground station, Regent's Park, British Museum, etc. Liz was responsive to all e-mails, which made planning the trip a pleasure, and she was able to accommodate our early arrival and late departure. The informational packet (with maps ) in the apartment identified nearby restaurants, features and shopping areas and was extremely helpful.
I have already recommended this apartment to friends, would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment was really clean and its location was amazingly convenient. Just minutes from Warren Street, Goodge Street and Portland Square tube stations, you can get all over central London very quickly. And with an Oyster card it doesn't cost too much either. There are many restaurants along Charlotte Street and the theater district is only a short walk away. Despite this it was very quiet at night. Liz at Lizard Properties was extremely helpful and responsive, and our stay was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

We just returned from a lovely week in London and found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. The location is good. Close to several Tube stops and within a few few blocks of several nice restaurants. The apartment is in a secured building, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Being next to the BT Tower, which sticks up conspicuously in the skyline, it was also easy to find from anywhere around the area. If we make it back to London again, we would definitely be interested in staying here again.

We stayed in this condo in November, and thought it was great. Location was close to the west end, and the underground. The condo has everything you will need, and the 2 bathrooms were very handy since there were 5 of us.

This flat was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 under age 10). The location was great for touring with easy access to the tube or within walking distance of Regents Park or the British Museum. There was also a supermarket and lots of take-away restaurants, so eating at home and making picnic lunches was easy (we preferred eating at home with tired children to consider, but there are lots of restaurants for eating out too). The front bedroom was a little noisy at night, and the back bedrooms a little noisy in the morning, but not unreasonably so for a urban location. Liz was pleasant and efficient to deal with, and very helpful. We had a little trouble with the wi-fi, but my husband fixed it by hitting the "reset" button. Our family is unanimous that we want to stay here again!
