Description

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in Zone 1 by Hoxton Square, in the heart of trendy Shoreditch, perfect for either holiday or business trip. Unlimited high-speed WiFi, 55 inch Sky Glass Satellite TV, Simba Hybrid® Pro mattress & tempur pillows. High powered air conditioner in the reception room.

Although in the heart of buzzing Shoreditch, secondary window glazing in the reception room ensures that the city noise is barely audible. And for sleeping? The bedroom is at the back of the building, facing a private courtyard.

Location is amazing, with everything you could need on your doorstep as well as great transport links; Old St tube station is a 5 min walk and Liverpool St Stn, with the Stansted Express and a huge supply of other travel connections, is only a 10 min walk. St Pancras International with the Eurostar is 15 min in a cab or on the tube. The fully wheelchair accessible Shoreditch Station is also only a 10 min walk from the apartment.

Convenience stores, restaurants, bars and many other services are all literally all less than 100 metres from the apartment.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with easy & open stair access if you don't wish to use the lift.

I have a key pickup via Keynest at a local store, 2 min walk from the apartment, so you can arrive until late and this store will be unlikely to be closed if there are Covid restrictions. Note, check-in is from 2pm to allow servicing after previous guest/s vacate.

Getting around

Old St tube station is 5 mins walk and Liverpool St Stn, with the Stansted Express and a huge supply of other travel connections, is only a 10 min walk. St Pancras International with the Eurostar is 15 min in a cab or on the tube. The fully wheelchair accessible East London Overground is also only a 7 minute walk from the apartment.

I don't live in London most of the time, but I'm just across in Italy and am always available via text or email to answer any questions and of course by a phone call if there is anything urgent.
