The kitchen is open plan and leads on to the dining room. It's fully kitted with everything you'll need to prepare meals as well as a microwave and De Longhi coffee machine. The dining table has seating for 4 and also folds up into a smaller table. There is a mounted TV on the wall so you can either enjoy dinner and conversation with friends and family or you can watch the TV over dinner. Since the photos were taken, an armchair and a bench (sitting 2 people) now sit against the wall, opposite the flat-screen television which is on the wall where you'll see a print. The master bedroom has an oak king sized bed with a matching oak wardrobe. Full length net curtains which let in lots of natural light and the room has muted tones of grey and green with a textured bed throw and stylish cushions.
The wood panelled bathroom has bath, with a modern shower fitted over it, basin and wc, all modern and white.
The second bedroom/study is upstairs and has a hugely high ceiling. There's a large leather sofa bed which makes a very comfortable double bed. On the walls above, there's a collection of books, and the window looks down to the garden below.

You're a few minutes from Maida Vale Village and can walk into the cultural hotspot of Notting Hill in less than 10 minutes, with part of the walk along the Regent's Canal. The nearest tube stations are Warwick Avenue, a 5 minute walk, and Royal Oak, about 10 minutes' away. This apartment is in Westminster, London's most central borough and, from Warwick Ave tube, you'll reach Oxford Circus in about 12 mins. You're also just 1 stop from Paddington, where you can connect on most of London's lines, including Bakerloo, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City as well as mainline connections throughout the UK, should you fancy a day trip. The immediate area of Maida Vale has plenty of interesting bars and restaurants you can reach on foot. There are plenty of buses to take you directly to places such as Knightsbridge and Hyde Park.
