A warm and colourful Georgian residence, beautifully decorated by its artist owner and a stone's throw from Regent's Park and the boutiques and restaurants of St Johns Wood.
On a traditional London street with tall townhouses on either side, a grand Georgian porch welcomes you inside this very special home.
Each room has been uniquely and exquisitely furnished with flair and creativity throughout. A bright and spacious living room boasts a large window and original fireplace. This is a vibrant living space where guests can relax on a sumptuous sofa or recline on the designer red armchair by the window. Various photographs and artwork hang on the walls.
A modern, fully fitted kitchen extends to a conservatory style breakfast/dining room, which opens out onto a spectacular terrace at the back of the apartment. There is a BBQ and seating for at least 6 amongst a delightful arrangement of flowers and plants.
A glass banister staircase leads down to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower floor. The master bedroom is chic and boasts luxurious furnishings with a mirrored dressing table area, a curtained study alcove and a king-sized bed. There is also a large plasma screen for some bedtime tv and movies as well as a modern en-suite bathroom.
A second twin bedroom enjoys plenty of space and light. (Please note the photos only show one of the beds and the second single bed pulls out from under the first and rises to the same height).
The third bedroom is perfect for children. It has an adult-sized top bunk and a child-sized bed pulls out on the lower level, beside the small study area. At the end of the hallway you'll find the large family bathroom.
There is a fourth room which is used as a study. A cot can be set up in this room, upon request.
St Johns Wood is an exclusive part of central and north London. You're a 2 minute walk to the St John's Wood tube (Jubilee line) and 2 or 3 stops (5-10 minutes) to Bond Street and Green Park respectively. If sport is your thing, youll be ideally located close to Lord's Cricket ground, no more than a 3 minute walk! Music lovers and Beatles' fans will be close to the famous Abbey Road music studios and the bars of Camden. For a green open space, you're about a 5 minute walk to Regents Park.
This is a delightful property, in an upmarket part of London, and brilliantly located for reaching London's main attractions!
