This grand town house has an unique style and benefits from the luxuries of a home cinema, steam room and a gym.
A spacious family room has a large grey sofa and wall-mounted tv, as well as stereo system, stylish blue bookcase and red mirror. There is underfloor heating throughout this floor.
The modern kitchen at the back of the house has grey flooring and a glass ceiling, making it a lovely airy space. French windows lead into the garden which has seating for 8 people on the patio, and there is also a guest loo. The handmade tiles on the stairway and first floor are a unique feature and are from the south of France.
On the first floor there is an office with a small terrace. The spacious sitting room has several sofas and a wooden floor, French doors which lead to a small balcony, and a cinema projector screen on the wall.
The delux bedroom is vast and has a modern four poster bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a large en suite with a shower and steam unit, stylish egg toilet and double sinks. The second bedroom has a single bed which can be pulled out into a double, as does the third bedroom, with two pink walls and piles of toys! The fourth bedroom has another single/double bed, a desk and bookcase. The fifth bedroom has a single/double bed, two purple walls, and a sleek black wardrobe. This room has an en suite (blue tiling) with walk-in shower, a sink and wc. A sixth bedroom has another single/double bed but can also be used as a gym space, with an exercise bike, power plate, dumb bells, yoga mat, swiss ball.
There are two further bathrooms; the guest bathroom has beige and burgundy tiling and a shower over the bath. A fourth bathroom has soft pink walls and a walk-in shower with lights inset into the modern tiling.
This stylish and quirkily designed house has lots of space and is in a great location, being very near Hyde Park. There are many restaurants nearby, including Thai, Spanish or Russian, and even a few on the same street! West Brompton tube station is less than a 5 minute walk away which connects to the District line. Earl's Court tube station (District line) and Gloucester Road station (District, Circle & Piccadilly lines) are both within 7 minutes walk as well. The exclusive area of South Kensington with its array of boutique shops and restaurants can also be reached by bus in 5 or 10 minutes, or is only a 15 minute walk. If you are coming for the Olympics, Stratford can be reached on the overground line in only 45 minutes.
