Description
For those who love nature and the Tuscany countryside, our country villa “Oliveta” is the ideal holiday destination in Tuscany. The villa is located on the Aretine Chianti hills, in a lovely countryside area at the foot of Pratomagno mountain and along to the historic Romanic road called “Sette Ponti”.
This is an old farmhouse originally built in 1806 and carefully restructured with particular attention at the maintenance of its exquisite rustic features: wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, original wooden windows, antique wood-burning bread oven.
Externally, our villa is completely surrounded by hectares of typical terraced olive groves and offers complete well-being and leisure to our guests by playing in the pool, reading in the garden, relaxing in the jacuzzi or enjoying the wonderful view over the Arno Valley and the Siena's Chianti hills from our panoramic terrace with barbecue.
Even if you are an active person or you like to rest enjoying natural beauties, our villa Oliveta offers a lot of possibilities.
The farmhouse has 3 floors, each one with direct access to the garden but internally connected. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 fire places, a large dining room and a lot of space to make your holiday more confortable.
To stay connected with the world we offer free internet WIFI connection and TV SAT.
Internally, the villa is arranged as follow:
GROUND FLOOR
Living room with a double sofa bed and TV SAT, fireplace in the living room, kitchenette with 3 ring stove and a small fridge, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower;
externally you have access to the garden with a table, a small covered terrace.
FIRST FLOOR
Main entrance with a large dining room and a big fireplace;
kitchen with 5 ring stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, american coffee machine, espresso coffee machine.
1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower;
Externally you have access to the garden with barbecue and a big terrace overlooking the valley.
SECOND FLOOR
Living room with TV SAT, 1 double sofa bed and a fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower;
Externally you have access to the garden with jacuzzi and solarium.

The pool and the jacuzzi are open from the beginning of May untill the end of September; if somebody requires to have them opened during other periods it will be payed extra.
Heating and air conditioning are not included into the booking price; if any guest should require, it will be payed additionally according to the amount consumed.
