This spacious home built in 2004 is on three levels with 3 twin bedrooms sleeping 6/8 people and has two bathrooms. Only 5 minutes from the beach of fine sand. There are 8 golf courses within a short drive. It is the perfect setting to explore South East Spain and the ancient cities of Cartegena and Murcia within a short drive. For water sports enthusiasts there is everything you could dream of around the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor (smaller sea) is a natural wonder and is the largest saltwater lake in Europe. It is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22km trip of land call La Manga. The Mar Menor area is known as 'The Costa Calida' meaning the warm coast. It has on average 320 days of sunshine a year. As it averages only 4m in depth, it warms up very quickly and is usually about 7 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean Sea. Great for bathing and water sports. It is renowned for its benevolent chemical properties and is classified as medicinal.
Murcia International Airport is only a 25 minute drive away!

“June 23 holiday”
Accommodation was clean & roomy with great outdoor space & pool. Convenient for the supermarket. Ceiling fans in all the rooms was a great benefit & much needed. We will not hesitate to go back.

“A good option”
Recommended. The flat is very much as advertised and communications with Alan and Wayne, his local contact were both good. The pool is well maintained and there are DVD's and a tv with a lot of standard BBC and other Freeview channels. There is a very handy large supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
