The master bedroom located on the 2nd floor has a NEW YORK theme with king-sized pillow-top mattress and high end solid wood/ leather headboard. The bedroom can be made LIGHT or BRIGHT during the day or COZY and DARK by closing the lined blackout curtains.
This JACK and JILL 2nd floor bathroom is tiled and equipped with a full bathtub, shower, and double sink. We offer our guests conveniences like hand soap, shower gel, and other cool items so shopping is not the first item on your agenda after traveling.
SECOND BEDROOM: (QUEEN)
This bedroom located on the 2nd floor has a LONDON THEME with a Queen-sized pillow top mattress and high end leather headboard and furniture. The bedroom is perfect after a day of enjoying Los Angeles
The coolest bedroom located on the 1st floor has a MUSICAL THEME with TWO twin sized pillow top mattresses. This room is perfect for either the YOUNG at HEART or the little people we care about so much.
This in suite bathroom is for the COOL CATS on the 1st floor. The beautifully tiled bathroom has a toilet, full show, and a art-deco pedestal sink.
Full sized, front loading washer and dryer are provided, along with a professional steamer, vacuum, mop and broom.
A FREE and PRIVATE off-street parking is provided for your stay. Our neighborhood is ONE of the LAST neighborhoods that also offer FREE and NON-PERMIT HASSEL FREE street parking as well, just in case you have more than ONE vehicle in your party. This Spanish Style TOWNSHOUSE is located in the famous Miracle Mile District, this property is nestled near Highland and Olympic. Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. You will also find our neighbors to be very friendly and helpful during your stay. There are many restaurants and cafe's located in walking distance. A very popular TOURIST location called THE GROVE is located 1 1/2 miles away from our property.
This vacation paradise is centrally located 2-3 miles from both Hollywood and Beverly Hills, and only 3-4 miles from the LA Convention center in downtown LA. Walking and Driving distance to great selection of shops, museums, galleries, restaurants, and attractions.
* The largest benefit is that we are ONE of the last few neighborhoods in an upscale community with NO PARKING PERMIT restrictions. We offer ONE free private parking, but our guests enjoy the fact that they can also park additional cars right in front of the property HASSLE FREE. (LA parking tickets start at $75 each)
