Description
This studio apartment offers exceptional facilities, with a fully modernised kitchen, shower room and living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary needs: 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave oven and toaster - all new. There are dishes, cutlery, glasses for four, cooking pots and pans, etc.
The large screen TV offers satellite channels; however, should you prefer to view your own films, there is a DVD player available.
A strong reliable Wifi signal available (small charge), allowing you to keep up with all your social media needs.
For your comfort there is a modern washing-machine, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The apartment is cleaned before you arrive, with fresh linen and towels provided; beach towels are not provided.
There's a sizable balcony which, with its table and chairs, offers a spacious setting for relaxing in the sun by day, and enjoying that evening meal with a cool drink by night.
Strictly no smoking.
The complex has a heated swimming pool (with full-time life guard in attendance), poolside bar and restaurant.
The friendly staff attend the reception desk on a 24 hrs. basis, and are only too happy to assist you with everything from picking that exciting island excursion, through to helping you find your restaurant of choice.
Should you wish, a 10 min. walk will take straight to the beautiful sandy beach of Playa de Los Cristianos, where you will find a fine selection of water sports are at hand, or maybe you will want to simply laze under the clear sunny skies.
Los Cristianos is spoilt for restaurants, bars and cafes, all within easy reach of the apartment.
For those in need of a little 'retail therapy', why not stroll over to the shopping mall situated between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas, where in amongst the designer outlets, you're sure to find that special something to remind you of you wonderful stay.
Finally, to help get your holiday off to a wonderful start, transfers to and from the airport can be arranged for a small cost.

“Wonderful holiday”
Lovely apartment, extremely well equipped, even with a washing machine! Very clean with everything you could need for a relaxing break. Lovely terrace with decent views of gardens and pool. Pool lovely with bar/cafe/restaurant on site. Collection from and back to airport available. Would highly recommend.

“Great apartment”
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. It was spotlessly clean and included all the facilities that you will need. We highly recommend the pool and poolside bar and there are numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby. “Amazing Holiday”
We travel to Tenerife twice a year. We booked this apartment and have had a wonderful stay. The apartment has everything you need and has a homely feel to it. We would stay here again and recommend staying here. We arranged our transfers through the owner, nice and simple with no problems.

“Lush Studio apartment”
We have just returned from a week in this lovely studio. It is Immaculately clean with everything you need for self catering. It has a great view of pool, gardens & down to the sea. Comfy bed & powerful shower. Loads of places to eat & drink close by & a supermarket a couple of minutes away for supplies. We will definitely return.

Lovely studio apartment in a very good complex. Washing machine,oven,iron,hairdryer etc. Everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. Communications were very good throughout.
