Left on Jan 07, 2015 for a stay in December 2014

We drove over the moors on an atmospheric December afternoon and arrived at the warmth and welcome of Elmet farmhouse for what proved to be a lovely and memorable pre-Christmas stay. It is wonderful to be surrounded by beautiful views outside and by stylish and carfeully chosen furnishings within; we left with these images imprinted on our minds.

We stayed in the four bedroom house, absolutely beautiful accomodation.

My favourite afternoon was when everyone else went out, and I had the whole house to myself, a sunny day, watching the heron on the mill pond, in an amazing location, honestly, it was the most relaxed I've been in ages.
