The apartment has been renovated and decorated by an internationally renowned interior designer. From the sofa, there are views of the Church of Santo Stefano through the blooming terrace and on the opposite side, views of the tower of Palazzo Vecchio.
Guests arrive at the apartment at street level by entering a graceful XVIIth century hall with its original columns and statues. A beautiful vaulted staircase leads to the upper floors. The apartment is on the terraced fourth floor of the palazzo. Guests can also access the fourth floor by using a newly installed mirror lined elevator. A private garage with storage facilities is at guests' disposal.
There is an entrance lobby and a large double volume living/dining room with fireplace. French doors lead to a furnished terrace/roof garden. There is also a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, TV and attic kitchen storage.

This gorgeous palazzo is one of the historical Florentine palazzos. It has a superb location right in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Its origins date to the 12th century, but its actual form is mainly derived from a 17th century renovation by the Marchese Anton Maria Bartolommei and designed by architect Ferdinando Tacca, who also signed the stunning entrance.

Our representative who looks after the palazzo in Florence is in charge of assisting guests during their stay at the palazzo. She will take care of any requirement and is also a wonderful cook!
Tableware, cutlery, a toaster & kettle, and other items you need will be provided. These include American and Italian style roast coffee, various teas, warm and hot milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, plain yoghurt, cereals, sliced bread, butter, various homemade jams, fresh fruit, ham, prosciutto di Parma, bacon, local cheeses and eggs.
There is daily room cleaning, bed making, weekly bed and bath linen changing and final cleaning. The included maid service consists of preparing breakfast, bedroom and bathroom cleaning, the making of beds and weekly linen changing.

What is exceptional about this apartment is that any kind of service can be provided upon request. Drivers are available to come and pick you up at the palazzo, there are chefs available for cooking and catering, cultural tours lead by a Florentine graduate in history of art, the opportunity to visit extraordinary sites that are usually closed to tourists, day passes to a gym, bike rental and much more.
Any further services such as extra linen changing and personal laundry will be charged as extra service at € 15.00 per hour. During your , you will be asked to coordinate with our representative regarding extra maid service for your stay, and to agree on costs and the kind of services you will need.
Our representative is available for cooking and also grocery shopping at € 15.00 per hour.

Upon specific request, and supplementary to what the housekeeper will supply for the complimentary breakfast, a special food hamper with supplies as listed below can be provided to cover expected needs for the days following your arrival.
Lemons, seasonal fruits, melons, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplants, peppers, green salad, potatoes. Chicken, T-bone steaks (to be cooked on the barbecue) or beef loin for roast beef. Various soft drinks. The average cost of the food hamper ranges from 25 to 30 € per person (adults and children) and will be charged at actual cost (receipts provided).
• Arrival dinner (available upon request)
The housekeeper is available to prepare an arrival dinner composed of Tuscan antipasti, a first course (spaghetti, lasagna or vegetable soup), a second course (chicken or beef) with grilled vegetables and salad, dessert (homemade tart), and fruit. Grace is also available for preparing meals on Sundays. If you really want to relax, you can even plan with her a cooking service and specific menus for your entire stay.
• Wine & Spirits
The cellar is supplied with high quality Tuscan red and white wines, whisky, gin, grappa di Brunello, Martini, vodka and Limoncello. Only actual consumption (the bottles opened) will be charged, at a price comparable to local merchants.

The housekeeper will be also available for any extra help or requests which may arise before your arrival or during your stay. Such services include, but are not limited to:
