A delightful villa, perfect for family holidays with its private pool and terrific sea views!

This lovely split-level villa has a sunny south-facing veranda and private pool. Because it is on an end plot this villa has a larger garden area which a sizeable grassy lawn area. There is free parking.

 

The front door opens into an attractive hallway off which are the two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Stairs from the hall lead to the upstairs living area which consists of kitchen, guest bathroom, lounge and dining area. The living area opens onto a south-facing veranda which overlooks the pool and which has lovely sea views. The bright, pleasant living room is furnished with attractive white painted furniture and has two comfortable couches and a large flat screen TV. The adjacent dining area has a dining table with seating for up to 6 persons and there is serving hatch through to the kitchen.

There is an additional table and chairs on the veranda which is wonderful for al fresco dining or to just to unwind with a glass of wine with terrific sea views!

 The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a large, private back patio with a charcoal BBQ and another table and chairs, a lovely spot to catch some evening sun. Steps from this patio lead down to the pool area. From the patio the garden extends into a grassy lawn area bordered by mature shrubs at the side of the villa.

The master bedroom has a 5 ft. bed and an en-suite bath, shower, bidet and toilet. The Bedroom 2 has twin beds and is located beside the main bathroom which has shower and toilet. Both bedrooms open onto the paved patio and sunny pool area which has pretty shrubs and tubs of flowering plants.

There are wonderful cliff walks along the coastal paths and with water sports, tennis, horse riding, several golf courses nearby and the rugged west coast waiting to be explored there is such a lot to do in the area you will not be able to do everything on your first visit! But of course if you wish you can do nothing at all and just 'chill out' by the pool!

With its private pool and quiet location, this villa is perfect for an amazing family holiday, or even as a romantic treat for two.

This is a split level villa with the Living Area and Kitchen at the entry/street level to make the most of the wonderful views, and the bedrooms are downstairs and open onto the sunny patio and pool area.

The master bedroom has a 5 ft bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
The twin bedroom is located beside the shower room.

The lounge has great sea views and the dining table has seating for 6 and opens onto a large veranda with another table for dining with amazing views of the black rock and the ocean.

The well equipped kitchen also has sea views, a serving hatch to the dining area, and opens onto the front garden.

The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking, and the walk down to the village takes less than 5 minutes, with the beach a few minutes further, along the attractively paved promenade.
