Everything and more! Idyllic and peaceful but central.

Left on Jul 06, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

I am very happy to say this property was exactly as described both verbally and photographically by the rental company.

The cottage is situated a little way up a lane to the side of the owners home and another cottage they also rent out so you are literally in the middle of all the open greenery and truly away from it all and everyone, but still just minutes away from the not too busy main road…

Cottage Rental with Homespun Charm

Left on Jul 21, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

We spent 6 nights in this rental. It felt as though we were staying in a cottage home, not a rental cottage. It is 200-400 years old. And the quaintness and quirks to go with it. We did not want a sterile, "do-over", it is not. The wood beams, step down kitchen, attic bedroom with sloped ceilings made us feel we were back in time. The good-sized bathroom and complete kitchen were welcome …

Lovely cottage in stunning area

Left on May 07, 2013 for a stay in April 2013

We had a brilliant 3 night stay over the bank holiday weekend. It's a cosy cottage with everything needed for a relaxing break, including a travel cot and high chair which is great if you are there with a baby. The setting is really peaceful, coming from London it was lovely to wake up to birdsong rather than traffic noise! The communal gardens are beautiful, we had our lunch down on the picnic …

Excellent location, great views, a very short walk into Nailsworth.

Left on Apr 04, 2013 for a stay in March 2013

The Coach House was tastefully decorated, well furnished, comfortable, light and airy and included all mod cons. The property had plenty of space for two of us, as well as pretty views across the valley. The property owner was there to welcome us on arrival and was very helpful, in particular with information about the area. The town is a very short walk down a hill and being able to walk to …

Beautifully equiped cottage, in a great location owned by some very welcoming people

Left on Mar 14, 2013 for a stay in February 2013

We were the first paying guests to stay in the cottage. We had a wonderful time and was made to feel very welcome. I would definately reccomend this cottage to any couple wanting a few days away. The cottage is extremely well equipped and considering we were the first guests, there were no teething problems. Little extras like tea coffee sugar and fresh milk were welcomed thoughtfull touches.
