Welcome to Madeira Norte condo. Gulf front condo at Johns Pass. Relax and enjoy the breath-taking view from our 2-bedroom ,2-bath, and a 24`x 6`Balcony!!! Direct beach front fully furnished condo.

Walk from both the master bedroom and livingroom to our spectacular 240+degree view of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Experience floridas amazing sunsets. View them from the 3rd floor balcony. Look to the south and you will see the entrance to the world-renown John Pass, and catch a glimpse of the fishing, pleasure boats as they enter the inlet to gain access to the intercoastal waterways or exit to cruise the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished, and is a Gulf front corner unit. It is decorated in the typical floridian beach style in pastel colours, with a blend of carpeting in the bedrooms and Italian ceramic tile throughout the rest of the unit. Enjoy a light meal in our kichen and sit up in wicker bar stoles to the eat- in bar area. The kitchen looks into a very spaciocus livingroom/dinningroom open area concept. Offering a spectacular view of the beach for everyone.

Our corner unit spoils anyone staying in our master bedroom. Enjoy the wonderful florida sunshine with windows facing south and a sliding glass walk-out to the balcony.

Our guest bedroom enjoys a breathtaking view of John's Pass which is as beautiful in the day as it is in the evening! This room is furnished with a queen bed,a large closet and a private full ensuite bathroom, renovated in ceramic tiles and marble.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a eat-in stand-up bar,dishes,cookware, utensils, dishwasher, mircrowave, toaster, coffee maker as well as with a washer/dryer.

Other amenitles include cable t.v in both bedrooms and livingroom , computer desk, phone and complementary interent access.

Lounge around in the sun in a recently upgrated heated pool. And there is also BBQ area equipped with tables and chairs and charcoal grill for your use.. Enjoy the palm trees blowing in the wind and sea salt scents in the air.

Our unit is located directly across the street from the famous Johns Pass village & boardwalk waterfront. John Pass is a quaint turn-of the century #1 Tourist Attraction! Johns Pass also offers a huge variety of restaurants, shopping, watersports.

Such as Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Friendly Fisherman, The Hut/sports bar, Sculleys, many Ice cream and candy shops.

Shopping : Del sol,sport fan attic, surf style, bronze lady, landing company jewelry, sun glasses and gilfs. Over a 100 unique shops!

Water sports and activities : Local fishing charters available, dolphin watching, pirate ship, Don's dock bait and tackle, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing....

Great condo and location. John's Pass right across the street with lots of fantastic restaurants and retail. Keith, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. Beach and weather were perfect.
