The late 19th century building, which houses this apartment and has also been refurbished to high standards, is located in a restricted-traffic area, making life for pedestrians even easier. This room, which looks out onto a patio, contains an armchair, a 3-seater sofa, a glass coffee table, a TV with DVD player, and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has a dining table with several bar stools. The living room connects with the 2 bedrooms (each of which has a fitted wardrobe): a single bedroom with 2 twin beds ( 2 single beds one beneath the other, 90m x 1.90m) and 1 double room (with a queen-sized bed 150m x 1.90m).

We were welcomed at the apartment by alex, who was very nice and showed us everything we needed to know about the place. The apartment was clean, inviting and quiet! The two bedrooms had plenty of closet space for our luggage and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washing machine was nice, that way we could pack less and have more room in our luggage for everything we bought! There is no clothes dryer, however, you could hang your clothes on the line outside the window. The location couldn't be beat-close to Plaza Mayor and Plaza Sol.
