They both are clean, safe and quiet at night. Nightlife is just crossing Castellana street. The area is lively during the day as there are many restaurants, cafes, terraces and shops nearby.

Lies in the second floor of an architecturally protected building from 1880. Has five big double bedrooms. Two include balconies which overview Plaza de la Independencia. While four of them include ensuite bathrooms, there's a fifth complete bathroom that can be used as a large guest WC. There are also two more balconies to the plaza at the main living room.
Kitchen and dining room are 375 and 280 sq feet respectively. They are fully equipped. The dining room can comfortably accommodate twelve people. The kitchen is provided with a table for eight more, ideal for children or short meals.
