Description
This modern house set in holiday village Falmouth resort can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Manuka is a modern house part of the holiday Village of Gardens resort at Pendra Loweth. Onsite facilities include an indoor plunge pool (not available until Easter 2021), tennis courts and childrens outdoor play area. The house sleep six people in two double bedrooms and one twin room. The open plan living area with dining, kitchen and sitting area leads to a sunny terrace, and beyond is the shared lawn and gardens with stream. There is off road allocated parking for one car. Located one mile from the closest beach at Swanpool, and a short drive of Falmouth resort attractions, Manuka makes an ideal choice for a family holiday.
Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort.

One well behaved pet welcome at £15 per week. Restaurant and pub 1 mile. Beach 1 mile. Note: on-site facilities have seasonal opening times. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre ******** has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay. Note:EV charging is ONLY allowed at the proper installed chargers and not from Manuka under any circumstances. And that parking on the pavement is not allowed and vehicles so parked may be towed away. Note: The highchair for this property straps on top of a dining room chair.

Town: Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
