A stay at Villa Rosa means comfort and relaxation. We are perfectly situated for easy day trips to the most beautiful historical towns of Umbria and southern Tuscany. Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Cortona, Montepulciano and Siena are all within an hours drive of Villa Rosa. Florence can also be visited easily while staying at Villa Rosa. But after all that sightseeing, Villa Rosa offers the tranquility to really kick back and enjoy your stay. Cool off in our chemical free pool with its beautiful views over the valley. Stretch your legs on a walk through the woods behind Villa Rosa and be rewarded by a breathtaking 360° view of the area when you get to the top of the hill - from Lake Trasimeno around to Assisi. Go for a horse ride. Cook up a storm in the modern and well-equipped kitchens of your apartment and enjoy the fruits of your labour on your private terrazza. Or better yet, use the barbeques provided on the patios of each apartment. All Villa Rosa apartments have private access. Each terrazza opens directly off the kitchen, provides wonderful views and is quite private.

"Il Sole" was restored recently and is a lovely apartment for two people.
It has a fully equipped, modern kitchen opening out onto a panoramic terrazza with BBQ.
The pretty double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and opens onto a second large terrazza.
