Description
Dépendance nella meravigliosa Maremma toscana con piscina, circondata prima da un giardino recintato di circa 1.000mq e poi dai terreni dell’azienda di 90 ettari tra oliveto, vigneto, pascoli e bosco.
Casetta indipendente fatta in pietra di 60mq, arredata con amore, con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno, salotto con tavolo da pranzo e cucina attrezzata.
Biancheria di casa inclusa,non vengono forniti gli asciugamani da piscina.
È in grado di ospitare fino a 2 persone, ma vi è la possibilità di accogliere un terzo ospite nel divano letto situato nel soggiorno, ad un costo pari a € 25,00/notte da pagare sul posto.

La dépendance è parte del Casale Poggetti, un tipico rustico maremmano. È vicina alla casa principale ma ha la propria privacy.
La dépendance è arredata in modo semplice e accogliente, fin dal primo momento vi sentirete a casa vostra. Entrando si accede direttamente al salotto con un divano letto (che può ospitare una terza persona) e un tavolo in legno ricavato da una vecchia mangiatoia. Accanto si trova la cucina bene attrezzata con un vecchio forno a legna. Dalla stanza di ingresso si eccede tramite 10 scalini alla spaziosa camera matrimoniale con letto a baldacchino ed un bagno comunicante con doccia.
Da pagare cash sul posto, la cauzione di 300€ da cui verrà conteggiato l'energia eletrica (8€ al giorno) e pulizia finale 100 €.
Nell’oliveto si trova la piscina, di dimensioni 3x12 m, a due passi da Casale ma separata per una maggiore privacy.
L’uso della piscina è a pagamento e è esclusivo per gli ospiti delCasale.
È in una posizione panoramica ed è soleggiata dal mattino al tramonto, dotata di confortevoli lettini e di una doccia solare.La piscina é ad uso esclusivo della casa padronale, ma su richiesta 2 giorni prima del vostro arrivo potrebbe essere disponibile, con un piccolo extra di 100 € a settimana.
Gli ospiti potranno scegliere di passeggiare per i sentieri della proprietà scendendo fino ai due corsi d’acqua che la delimitano o di andare al mare o di cavalcare o fare trekking nel magnifico Parco dell’Uccellina o di scendere in kayak fino alla foce del fiume Ombrone o di visitare zone archeologiche etrusche e romane di grande rilievo o antichi paesini o di percorrere itinerari enologici visitando le bellissime cantine di autore e quelle più semplici dei coltivatori diretti; comunque al ritorno gli ospiti si ritroveranno nella pace più totale, sul poggio circondato da un anfiteatro di colline dolcissime, ai bordi della piscina immersa nell’oliveto. Potreste anche trovare (previa prenotazione) un pasto cucinato per voi con i prodotti locali da una bravissima cuoca maremmana.
Il Casale Poggetti è un posto che difficilmente dimenticherete, dove la bellezza ed il confort fanno da padroni.
