Indoor: 120mq - Terraces:25 -Access to the sea with a common platform; WiFi; TV; washing machine; dishwasher; kettle; hairdryer; small swimming pool

Maiori is located among gardens and terraces rich of lemons: it is in the most inner part of Amalfi Coast, in front of a beautiful beach, at the mouth of Reginna Major small river, only 5 km from the famous Amalfi.

The apartment, right on the sea is located 10 minutes away from the centre of Maiori, with its restaurant, bar, café, shops and a very large beach; from its terraces you can have a wonderful view of the coast and a breathtaking sea view.

From the main road you can reach the property passing through a private gate shared with other three properties and getting down about 100 steps.

Felicity has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living, panoramic terraces furnished with tables, chairs and sun beds

The apartment is composed of:

a large living/dining room with sofas and chimney (not possible to use). Access to two terraces

a kitchen well equipped with stove top, oven, fridge, kettle and dishwasher;

a bedroom with king size bed with a terrace overlooking the sea;

a bedroom with two single beds with a terrace overlooking the sea;

a bedroom with a single room with a terrace overlooking the sea and an exit to reach the sea

a bathroom with lavabo, toilet and washing machine;

a bathroom complete and with a shower and a bath;

From the building, getting down about 240 steps, you can reach a private platform on the sea shared with other 3 properties .

A non-deep swimming pool is located on the top condominium roof terrace so may be possible to meet other people that needs to reach their property and may be used also from other people for some periods of the year

Bus stop and restaurants are in a short walking distance.

To be paid on request, on arrival and in cash:

*Air-conditioning € 70,00 per week

*Heating on consumption

*Parking on request and not in the property at € 15,00/20,00 per day; please be in touch for more information

*City tax

*Obligatory cleaning for staying more than 7 nights and for each week of staying €70,00+change of linen and towels €45,00 per time

Check in is from 16.30 to 19.00. For arrivals after 19:00 until 21:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 21.00

Those who arrive after 21.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 am the following day

Sunday check in: A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals. The check in time has to be agreed and has to be between 4pm to 7pm

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

ANTS: In our area ants are common and they are ready to come out and above all in the houses with gardens and in warm weather so please make sure to keep the apartment clean. If you need some help to kill them, we suggest you to use some products that you find in the furniture under the sink and please in case you have children be careful on its use.

Please when you go out and during the night make sure to keep doors and windows closed

Please keep doors and windows closed also when you are on the pool area, any animals can be attracted by the food and easily get in
