There are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes in the town, along with all services and amenities that guests may need during their stay. Both Palma airport and the nearest beach at Son Serra de Marina can be reached in under thirty minutes by car, while golf enthusiasts can make use of the excellent Son Puntiro course, just 15 kilometres away. The house itself is located in a peaceful and secluded spot just 2 kilometres outside of Sineu. Although newly built, the villa has been constructed in a traditional style, resulting in a property that seamlessly blends contemporary comforts with a classical design befitting its rural surroundings. The house has been decorated throughout with a fusion of modern and traditional furnishings. Exposed wooden beams and marble bathrooms sit alongside modern artwork, designer light fittings and the latest in kitchen appliances. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is bright and spacious and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The four largest bedrooms are situated on the second floor, and all of them feature en-suite bathrooms with showers, 2 of them feature Jacuzzi as well, and a pretty private terrace looking out to the garden and the hills beyond. Another double bedroom is located on the ground floor, and has another big bathroom right next to it. The extensive grounds cover more than 1,300 square metres and are home to olive, cypress and palm trees. Looking out onto the swimming pool and patio is a shaded terrace that runs along the length of the house and features various sitting areas as well as an outdoor barbeque area - ideal for al-fresco meals. The peaceful location of the property guests can enjoy great views across the surrounding countryside in every direction. With its welcoming interior, spacious outdoor grounds and great location in Mallorca’s beating heart, this is the perfect property for those looking to experience a different side to this magical island.
House over two floors. There is a ground floor terrace which has access to the living room. A set of comfortable red sofas surround the striking chimney. On the ground floor there is also an American style kitchen with a central island dividing it from the dining area. The large dining table can seat up to 10 people. One bedroom is situated on this level, with a double bed (2mx2m). On the first floor there are other two double bedrooms and another two bedrooms with separate twin beds (0,9 m x 2 m). All feature an en-suite bathroom with shower and two of them also have Jacuzzi. Two double bedrooms both boast a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool. On the ground floor terrace there is an outdoor seating area and an additional dining area to enjoy al-fresco dining. The villa also has a barbeque and outdoor showers.
