Description

Our apartment is situated on the ground floor just next to the pool area which makes it perfect for alternating between the two! It's stylish solid oak furniture and soft leather seating really will make you feel like you are somewhere special.

The apartment offers accommodation for up to 5 people, with one king size bed, a separate room with bunk beds, and a high spec single z-bed. This is a perfect holiday home for couples and families.

The main bedroom area provides a king size bed and ample wardrobe space as well as two solid oak bedside tables with drawers.

The living area provides the perfect place to escape the sun, with an air conditioning unit that cools the whole apartment. Relax on one of the soft leather chair's whilst catching up with news of home on the 32" flat screen TV. There is also wired and wireless access to the internet that you can connect to free of charge. There is also an Apple TV for easy access to your iTunes, personal media and Internet tv via the set top box or your iPhone/iPad.

The kitchen area comes with all of the things that you'd expect at home, but not always in a holiday apartment. The microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4 ring hob with extractor and fridge with freezer compartment are all of the highest quality. There is ample food preparation surface and a good size breakfast bar.

There is a modern bathroom with excellent shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

Outside the apartment is a dining area with a good size table and four chairs with a light. Beyond the boundary of the apartment there is ample space to extend your living area with sun all day through.

The apartment benefits from automatic under floor heating which will activate in the winter months, and the air conditioning unit can also be used as a heater. The apartment is also fitted with a high quality solar glazing membrane designed to keep your holiday apartment cool and fresh on the hottest of days, as well as retaining the heat through the winter.
