Casa de Noni is a perfect tropical family home, nestled between the Costa Rican rain forest and the beautiful beaches. The house is well suited to accommodate an extended family with two fully equipped kitchens up & down.

Our house is spacious and perfect for your home base, to gather your strength for the next adventure, whether it's surfing, or a day trip to the Montezuma Water Falls. Relax by the pool, and plan that next adventure.

The house is nestled in the jungle, but only 300 yards from the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the covered decks, watching the monkeys travel down the trees in the river bed, and the many birds enjoying the seed trees around the property.

Casa de Noni has an on-site concierge that will be available to arrange any and all your needs throughout your stay with us.

Daily housekeeping service and grounds keeper are available upon request.

There are three large bedrooms with quality linen and pillows. Each bedroom has air conditioning. There is also a loft equipped with a queen bed.

Our house is also equipped with a T.V. Internet, WIFI, and a printer. A safe is installed for your piece of mind and security.

Our staff can set up an on-site chef for a gourmet meal, or arrange a massage or facial on the private deck.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Naomi (the owner) a message.

If Naomi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
