The apartment has 80 sq.m. and consists of 2 bedrooms (extra sofabed possible upon request), one full equipped bathroom and a full equipped kitchen. The apartment also has a living and dining room. The apartment's furniture is made of root wood and marble.

There is air conditioning and heating in the entire flat.

Bed-linen and towels are provided.

If you wish, you can find a Central market, one minute walking back of building.

It has wonderful views over Malaga City.

The garage space is optional, but not included in the provided rental prices.
