NEW IN VACATION RENTING STARTING JUST LAST JULY
Located in a modern building of only seven years old, is a spacious and comfortable apartment. With separate dining room. The master bedroom has a king sice Japanese bed (150x2 m). The second bedroom has a queen sice futon and sofa bed. The third bedroom has a single bed with another underneath. All rooms are exterior and provided with large closets and linen. The bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, both with screens, have towels and hairdryer. Spectacular kitchen of 15 m2 with everything you need: fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and all utensils, tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and even a wok.
On the top floor of the building, we have a solarium area, with a communal pool and great views of the city.
All this makes a exclusive and luxury place in the heart of a very comfortable city to visit, with everything within walking distance, bus stop, beach just 20 minutes by walking, museums, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and the best shopping area the city within 5 minutes.
