The kitchen is brand new and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is large and comfortable with plenty of storage space and a lovely en-suite marble bathroom. The twin and single bedrooms have been decorated in a similar style and share a second marble bathroom. Fifth floor: Entrance leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a wooden coffee table, side table with lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. This room accesses to the terrace with an outside second dining table and 6 chairs. From this terrace there is access to the upper floor terrace. The kitchen, to the right of the entrance, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 3 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower; and 1 twin (2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m) and 1 single (0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace (accessed by a stair case): it is furnished with outside furniture: 1 armchair with coffee table, a double sun lounger with side table and a jacuzzi (2,16m x 1,98m x 90m). Please note there are other private terraces in the same level and are separated by a glass translucent panel.

Calle Nueva is a great location to enjoy central Malaga. It is an easy walk to the Cathedral, Picasso Museum, shopping, restaurants and the beach at Malagueta. There is an excellent bakery/coffee shop on the ground floor to grab a quick breakfast. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The view from the private rooftop deck (with jacuzzi) is wonderful...great place to drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The apartment was perfect for our family with two teenaged children. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is fantastic,very high specification inside and outside without compromising on the comfort! Great location and with great views from the rooftop jacuzzi pool - which was a real bonus when the weather was hot! The Spain Select staff were very helpful during the booking stage and also during our stay - they even accommodated our later than planned arrival with no complaints.
Although the apartment is fairly pricey to rent I would say it is good value - although an option to stay for a minimum of two nights when not peak-season should be considered by Spain Select.

We were a large family group celebrating a birthday staying in adjacent apartments. Fabulous location , stepping out into a street full of shops ,bars and restaurants. Beach and Market a few minutes walk away. Prompt, efficient, friendly service. Superb amenities with roof top terraces and hot tub.

Family of 4 with adult kids 18 and 20; apartment was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, sunbathed on the roof every day and had night time jacuzzi sessions. Excellent location, near to everything. Couldn't fault it. Emma who met us and helped us when we were there from Spain Select was lovely as well!
