The unit features a wood-burning fireplace, cozy living area, full kitchen with bar seating for 3, complimentary WiFi, and flat screen TV with DVD player. The master bedroom has plenty of room to move around and features a Queen-sized bed and attached bathroom. The living room even has a pull out sofabed for extra guests. This unit is the perfect retreat for a family wanting to get away from it all. The community offers a quiet wooded neighborhood, with great complex amenities including an outdoor pool (Summer only), year-round hot tub, sauna, tennis court (Summer only) and public BBQ area complete with picnic tables and game of horseshoes. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people, comes with 3 outdoor parking spaces, and no pets or smoking is permitted. There are 2 stairs to this unit and 1 level inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
